I just wanted to write and thank you for your support during mum’s funeral arrangements.
Thank you for looking after mum and for guiding us seamlessly through the process. I know its something you do every day, but it was done with care and efficiency and I feel our wishes were invited and cared for at every stage.
I have to say it was very reassuring to see your familiar face leading the hearse at the crematorium and helped me to ‘settle down’.
